Role brief

growthroles summary, based on the employer's posting.

What you'll do

  • Win new OOH customers across workplaces, quick service restaurants and public leisure venues
  • Build relationships with distributors handling smaller accounts and the wholesalers moving DASH products
  • Find creative routes to buyers, stay persistent through rejection and turn conversations into sales
  • Work with the Senior National Account Manager to expand customer pull through key wholesalers

What you bring

  • You bring energy, self-motivation and competitiveness, with the drive to meet and exceed targets
  • You connect easily with people at every level, from depot managers to head office buyers
  • You learn quickly, ask useful questions and recover constructively when things go wrong
  • Any sales exposure helps, including university placements, work experience or an initial commercial role

Who this fits

You’ll suit an early-career sales role if you are warm with customers, persistent after setbacks and comfortable creating your own openings. The position is London-based with hybrid working and at least three office days each week. You’ll work in a fast-moving environment where priorities can change quickly.

From the employer

In a world where old school soft drinks, unnecessary food waste and outdated business practices are a thing of the past, DASH is leading the healthy hydration revolution. We infuse our super tasty waters with real wonky fruit. That’s the bent, crushed, misshapen fruit that supermarkets say no to. No sugar, no sweeteners, no worries.

DASH launched in 2017 and has quickly become the market leading brand in a category that has grown over 60% YoY in the UK. DASH has an industry-leading DTC platform, and in 2026 we will sell over 56 million cans in 20+ international markets with notable retailers including: Sainsbury’s, Tesco, Waitrose, Ocado and M&S.

We are incredibly proud to say that we are a Certified B Corporation. We always intend to use our business as a force for good, and now it’s official.

We have a genuinely exciting opportunity for an energetic, resilient and competitive National Account Executive to help grow DASH Water’s presence in the Out of Home (OOH) channel. This is a role built for someone at the start of their career - whether you’re fresh out of university, have completed a placement, or have picked up some sales experience along the way - who is hungry to get in front of customers and win.

Reporting to the Senior National Account Manager, you’ll focus on the end customers who pull DASH through our key wholesalers: offices and workplaces (think Google - and getting us into Apple next), quick service restaurants, and public leisure venues such as the Natural History Museum. You’ll also work hand in hand with the distributors who manage our smaller accounts.

This is a hands-on, people-facing role in a fast-paced challenger brand. Success comes from being creative about how you get in front of the right people, resilient when it takes a few attempts and someone customers genuinely warm to.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-growth challenger brand environment where priorities move quickly.
