The Impact You'll Make

At Danfoss Climate Solutions, we are looking for a Segment Marketing Manager to join our Controls & Thermal Management (CTM) division and drive regional marketing strategies across Europe.

In this role, you will translate market insights, customer needs, and industry trends into application-driven strategies and value propositions. Working closely with Sales, Product Management, R&D, and Global Segment Marketing, you will help strengthen our market positioning and identify new growth opportunities.

The position can be based in Venice (Italy), Lyon (France), or Madrid (Spain).

What You’ll Be Doing

• Developing and implementing regional marketing strategies for HVAC-R focusing on refrigeration applications, in collaboration with Sales and Global Segment Marketing.
• Translating customer needs, market trends, and competitive insights into compelling application-driven value propositions.
• Gathering and analyzing market intelligence and Voice of Customer (VoC) feedback to identify business opportunities and support strategic decisions.
• Collaborating with Product Management and R&D to translate market requirements into product roadmaps and support successful product launches.
• Partnering with Sales and Marketing Communications to develop effective messaging, strengthen customer engagement, and promote CTM solutions.

What We're Looking For

• A degree in Thermal, Refrigeration, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• At least 5 years of experience in segment marketing, product management, product development, or a comparable technical-commercial role.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC-R technologies and applications, preferably within the refrigeration industry.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to turn market insights into actionable strategies.
• Fluency in English and the ability to collaborate effectively in an international, multicultural, and matrix organization.

The compensation package includes base salary, performance-based incentive, and benefits. Salary range and full details will be shared at first contact and will reflect candidate location, local market conditions, and applicable local pay transparency regulations.
