Join our team in Baden-Baden and play a key role in supporting the Plant Manager and local leadership team in a part-time position (20-25 hours per week). In this highly visible role, you will help ensure smooth daily operations while fostering clear and effective communication across the site. You will be at the center of coordination, collaboration, and information sharing, enabling leaders and teams to stay connected, informed, and focused on achieving business goals. Your work will have a direct impact on the efficiency of the site and the employee experience. What You’ll Be Doing

Coordinate calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and administrative activities to support effective leadership operations.

Prepare presentations, reports, and decision-support materials that help leaders make informed decisions.

Plan and facilitate management meetings, including agenda preparation, documentation, and follow-up of agreed actions.

Drive internal site communication by creating and coordinating clear, engaging, and audience-focused communication activities.

Collaborate with local and international stakeholders while supporting site events, visitor programs, audits, and cross-functional initiatives.
What We're Looking For

Experience in an assistant, coordinator, administrative support, or similar role, ideally within an international environment.

Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple activities effectively.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with stakeholders at different levels of the organization.

A professional and trustworthy approach when handling sensitive and confidential information.

Very good English language skills, both written and spoken.
