From the employer

Position: Digital Marketing Coordinator

Salary: Php 60,000 to Php 70,000

Working Hours: Aligned with AU Business Hours

Work Type: Independent Contractor

ABOUT THE COMPANY:

This dual-brand strategic opportunity bridges two distinct sectors within digital marketing and brand management:

  • Brand 1: A female-focused psychoactivism activewear and lifestyle brand that merges empowerment, social awareness, and self-expression through apparel. The brand relies heavily on dynamic e-commerce, vibrant social media engagement, and community-driven activism to grow its global footprint.
  • Brand 2: A professional integrative healthcare clinic dedicated to whole-person wellbeing. This brand offers evidence-informed wellness treatments—including colonic hydrotherapy, lymphatic clearance therapy, pelvic floor restore, and infrared sauna sessions—focusing on local community awareness, patient trust, and seamless appointment conversion.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a versatile Digital Marketing Coordinator to execute high-impact digital initiatives across both organizations. This full-time role (40 hours per week) is split equally: 20 hours dedicated to scaling the e-commerce presence for Brand 1, and 20 hours dedicated to driving local market awareness, healthcare compliance, and appointment bookings for the Brand 2.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Brand 1: (20 Hours / Week)

1. Web Development & E-Commerce Operations

  • Enhance website functionality and interactive visual appeal using the core brand palette (White, Black, Silver, Copper, Gold, and Pink variants).
  • Execute UI/UX improvements, including homepage slideshow updates, query font enhancements, link verification, and mobile responsiveness checks.
  • Manage technical integrations across the website framework, Shopify backend, and Printful Print-on-Demand (POD) engine.
  • Oversee the active POD catalog (Canva-designed assets across t-shirts, hoodies, drinkware, tote bags, socks, and headwear).

2. Content Strategy & Social Media Execution

  • Execute content publishing aligned with brand pillars: Sisterhood & Empowerment (40%), Psychoactivism & Social Awareness (25%), Product Showcase (20%), and Community Engagement (15%).
  • Maintain rigid posting schedules across all channels:
    • Instagram: 3 daily feed posts (photos/carousels), 3 daily stories, 3 weekly reels.
    • Facebook: 2 daily posts, 3 weekly reels.
    • Pinterest: 10–15 daily pins across targeted empowerment, lifestyle, and apparel boards.
    • TikTok: 1 daily short-form video utilizing trending audio and empowerment themes.

3. Lead Generation, Influencer Outreach & Operations

  • Deploy and optimize email opt-in funnels utilizing lead magnets via pop-ups and bio links.
  • Identify, pitch, and onboard micro-influencers (5,000–50,000 followers) within empowerment, mental health, fashion, and fitness niches.
  • Manage day-to-day community interactions: engage with target accounts, join active groups, reply to DMs/comments, and track growth analytics.
  • Execute structured weekly/monthly milestones, including blog publishing, SEO keyword audits, monthly campaign rolls (Awareness, Community, Sales), and detailed performance reporting.

Brand 2: (20 Hours / Week)

1. Platform Strategy & Local SEO

  • Facebook: Publish weekly educational posts, clinic news, and scheduling updates with strong local calls-to-action (CTAs).
  • Instagram: Manage a bi-weekly cadence featuring educational carousels, treatment room walkthrough Reels, and interactive engagement stories.
  • Google Business Profile (GBP): Oversee local listing maintenance, publish weekly posts/reminders, ensure Name, Address, Phone (NAP) consistency, upload monthly visual assets, and manage review responses.

2. Strategic Marketing Campaigns & Growth

  • Develop content across core health pillars: Patient Education, Service Awareness, Clinic Trust, Community Connection, and Action/Conversion.
  • Execute promotional campaigns for seasonal wellness, clinic milestones, gift vouchers, and monthly Q&As.
  • Establish small, geo-targeted paid social awareness ads using clear, compliant messaging.
  • Execute the 90-Day Action Plan focusing on profile audits, review expansion, content optimization, and channel performance analysis.

Requirements

  • Digital Marketing Experience: Demonstrated track record managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn) and local search platforms (Google Business Profile).
  • E-Commerce Proficiency: Technical hands-on experience managing Shopify stores, Printful (or similar POD platforms), and web content updates.
  • Healthcare Marketing Compliance: Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, medical privacy (HIPAA/Privacy Act standards), and ethical guidelines regarding patient communications and claims.
  • Design & Content Creation Skills: Advanced competency using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing tools to produce graphics, carousels, and video Reels/TikToks.
  • Copywriting & SEO: Strong written English skills with experience writing educational articles, social copy, email campaigns, and SEO-optimized web copy.

PREFERRED:

  • Prior experience in dual-role or agency settings balancing direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce with local service/clinical operations.
  • Familiarity with social scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Later, Hootsuite) and analytics reporting platforms.
  • Demonstrated passion for women's empowerment, mental health advocacy, or integrative wellness practices.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Adaptability: The ability to pivot seamlessly between a bold, empowering, DTC brand voice and a calm, authoritative, clinical tone.
  • Self-Governance: Strong time-management skills to effectively divide and account for split weekly allocations (20/20) independently.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Focus on key performance metrics (conversion rates, follower growth, local GBP actions, email signups, and booking enquiries).
  • Empathy & Integrity: A thoughtful approach to community building, patient privacy, and brand integrity across all touchpoints.
