Job Description Summary

The Marketing Manager, Global Sales Enablement supports the development, organization, and promotion of Cushman & Wakefield's global industry and service line capabilities. Working closely with global industry leaders, service line leaders, business development teams, and marketing stakeholders, this role helps ensure the firm's capabilities, client successes, and strategic priorities are consistently communicated across internal and external channels.

The position is responsible for maintaining global capabilities materials, managing a centralized library of case studies and supporting content, coordinating regular engagement with global leadership teams, supporting sales enablement events, and contributing to systems that improve visibility into business development activities and opportunities. This role serves as a key connector across regions and functions, helping to drive alignment, knowledge sharing, and growth initiatives.

Job Description

Responsibilities:


Global Capabilities & Content Management

  • Create and maintain global capabilities decks for priority industries and service lines.
  • Coordinate content updates with subject matter experts and business leaders.
  • Ensure presentations, value propositions, and supporting materials remain current and aligned with firm priorities.
  • Organize and maintain centralized repositories of approved global marketing and business development content.

Case Study & Knowledge Management

  • Establish processes and standards for case study submission, review, client approval, and distribution.
  • Collect, organize, and maintain global client case studies, key wins, and success stories.
  • Identify opportunities to showcase successful client outcomes across marketing and business development channels.

Messaging & Website Alignment

  • Partner with marketing and digital teams to maintain consistent messaging across websites, presentations, and business development materials.
  • Support website content updates related to industries, service lines, and global capabilities, including coordination of country-level content.
  • Monitor content consistency and identify opportunities for improvement.

Business Development Alignment

  • Coordinate information sharing among global leaders and regional teams through recurring meetings and communications.
  • Prepare agendas, capture action items, and track progress on priority initiatives with stakeholders.
  • Support cross-functional projects that strengthen collaboration across regions and business lines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field required.
  • 5–7+ years of progressive experience in B2B marketing or communications, preferably within professional services or commercial real estate.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting business development efforts and independently developing client-facing sales materials.
  • Proven ability execute with minimal oversight, managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience working directly with senior-level stakeholders, including business leaders.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling messaging.
  • Strong project leadership skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.


The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


The compensation for the position is: $ 93,500.00 - $110,000.00
