Job Description Summary
The Account Lead acts as the senior account owner, delivering overall account governance, client relationship management, commercial performance, financial oversight, service delivery assurance, and coordination of key stakeholders across the data centre account.This role ensures the account is managed in line with contractual obligations, company standards, client expectations, SLAs, KPIs, compliance requirements, and agreed financial targets. The role provides leadership across planning, reporting, risk management, vendor performance, budget control, and governance, while relying on the technical and operational teams for day-to-day execution of site activities.

About the Role:
- Own overall account delivery, ensuring services are governed, measured, and delivered in line with contractual requirements, client expectations, and Cushman & Wakefield standards
- Act as the primary account leadership point for the client, maintaining clear ownership of account performance, priorities, risks, actions, and service improvement plans
- Oversee account financial governance, including budget tracking, forecast inputs, spend control, cost reporting, procurement visibility, invoicing coordination, and commercial risk management
- Lead SLA, KPI, audit, compliance, and management reporting processes, ensuring account performance, service risks, and contractual obligations are visible, accurate, and tracked to closure
- Coordinate vendors, suppliers, and cross-functional teams across technical operations, EHS, finance/admin, procurement, and service delivery to manage performance, cost, and contractual dependencies
- Provide senior escalation oversight for service-impacting risks, client concerns, compliance matters, and unresolved operational issues, while driving continuous improvement across governance, reporting, stakeholder experience, and service delivery maturity
About You:
- Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience in account management, facilities management, data center operations, service delivery management, or contract management within a mission-critical environment
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Engineering, Finance, IT, or a related discipline
- Proven experience owning account governance, client relationships, service performance reviews, stakeholder management, and escalation management in a client-facing environment
- Strong financial and commercial awareness, including budget tracking, forecasting inputs, cost control, procurement and invoice oversight, and commercial risk management
- Experience managing teams, vendors, and cross-functional support functions, including finance/admin, technical operations, procurement, compliance, and service delivery teams
- Strong communication, structured leadership, and organizational discipline, with familiarity in SLA/KPI reporting, risk management, compliance frameworks, audit processes, and vendor governance
