In this role, you will play an important role in empowering our clients to gain full value from Cube’s market data and insights solutions.
As a Key Account Manager, you will manage the global relationship with one of Cube’s largest clients, a leading global consumer goods company. The relationship spans several markets, functions, and stakeholder levels, and has been growing rapidly since 2023.
Success in this role will hinge on your ability to manage and develop this relationship, balancing allocation of Cube’s manpower and resources against a goal of being the best possible partner to our client. As an early hire in Cube’s Account Management team, you will have high autonomy and ability to define processes, ways of working, and standards of execution.
Responsibilities
- Take charge as Cube’s main contact point for our client stakeholders, fielding incoming inquiries and communicating proactively about deliveries, new features, and other relevant topics
- Act as the champion of the client internally, ensuring that deadlines are met, and that Cube delivers the best possible service to all client stakeholders
- Develop expertise in the reports and deliverables Cube provides to the client, as well as Cube’s wider e-commerce market data and insights capabilities, in order to best support the client
- Continuously collect new requests and needs from client stakeholders and communicate to internal product development and data teams as the ‘voice of the client’
Requirements
- Demonstrated client service and/or account management experience, ideally from a market research or business strategy context
- 3-5 years of professional working experience overall, with at least 1-2 years specifically in client service/or account management
- Excellent written and spoken English skills are a requirement; you will primarily be interacting with clients outside Thailand
- Strong quantitative skills and high confidence in working with numbers and data are a requirement; Cube’s insights are powered by large-volume quantitative data sets, which you will need to gain confidence in analyzing
- Curiosity and drive to define and continuously improve your ways of working and processes; you will play a key role in defining how Cube excels in Account Management
- Experience in e-commerce is not a requirement but a big plus
