You understand Hungary's commercial and cultural environment and bring strong project and organizational skills
You speak Hungarian at native or C2 level and communicate very well in German and English
You work independently and manage stakeholders effectively

You'll suit a self-directed marketer who can work closely with local centers and contribute across European markets. The role is remote from Germany or Hungary and includes roughly thirty percent travel. Knowledge of regulated industries is useful, but not required.

Für unser europäisches Marketing-Team suchen wir einen Senior Field Marketing Specialist (m/f/x), der unsere lokalen Marketingaktivitäten in Europa weiterentwickelt und vorantreibt, mit besonderem Fokus auf unseren ungarischen Markt sowie unterstützend auch für den deutschen Markt .

In dieser neu geschaffenen Rolle arbeiten Sie eng mit unseren Plasma Centern zusammen und entwickeln lokale Marketingmaßnahmen zur Gewinnung, Bindung und Reaktivierung von Plasmaspendern. Sie verstehen die Bedürfnisse einzelner Standorte, setzen zielgerichtete Marketingaktivitäten um und sorgen gleichzeitig für den Transfer erfolgreicher Konzepte zwischen den Märkten Deutschland und Ungarn.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Entwicklung, Planung und Umsetzung lokaler Marketingmaßnahmen für unsere Plasma Center – mit besonderem Fokus auf Ungarn
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Centerleitungen und Operations-Teams zur Identifizierung lokaler Marketingbedarfe
Planung und Umsetzung lokaler Events, Promotions und Community-Aktivitäten
Unterstützung bei Maßnahmen zur Gewinnung, Bindung und Reaktivierung von Plasmaspendern
Lokale Adaption europäischer Marketingkampagnen
Analyse von Markt-, Wettbewerbs- und Performance-Daten zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung von Marketingaktivitäten
Steuerung externer Agenturen und Dienstleister
Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Compliance- und regulatorischen Anforderungen
Förderung des Best-Practice-Austauschs zwischen den europäischen Märkten
Unterstützung bei Budgetplanung und Performance-Monitoring der Marketingaktivitäten
Reisetätigkeit ca. 30%

Ihr Profil:

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Betriebswirtschaft, Kommunikation oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Field Marketing, Trade Marketing oder lokalem Marketing
Erfahrung in der Planung und Umsetzung lokaler Marketingkampagnen und Events
Idealerweise Erfahrung in einem Multi-Site-, Retail- oder Filialumfeld
Fundierte Kenntnisse der wirtschaftlichen und kulturellen Gegebenheiten des ungarischen Marktes
Ausgeprägte Projektmanagement- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
Hohe Eigeninitiative und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Stakeholder-Management-Fähigkeiten
Kenntnisse regulierter Branchen sind von Vorteil
Ungarisch auf Muttersprachniveau bzw. C2-Niveau
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
