Overview
The Merchant, eCommerce Merchandising — HEYDUDE supports assortment and merchandising activities across the digital channel to help achieve revenue, margin, inventory, and brand goals. This role analyzes business performance, consumer demand, and competitive trends to provide insights that support assortment decisions and in-season execution.
Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Digital Merchandising, the Merchant maintains key assortment tools and reporting and partners cross-functionally with Merchandising, Commercial, Planning and Operations teams to support product priorities and commercial initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Assist in assortment planning and management for HEYDUDE digital, supporting revenue, inventory and brand objectives
- Communicate product priorities, assortment changes, and business updates to merchandising and commercial partners to support in-season execution
- Partner with Planning to support demand, inventory, purchase order, and replenishment activities
- Coordinate and support key merchandising deliverables, including assortment reviews, product presentations, weekly business recaps, and seasonal post-mortems.
- Manage and maintain assortment files, reporting tools and merchandising trackers to support product launches, key commercial moments and cross-functional planning
- Monitor weekly performance, consumer demand, and competitive trends, providing insights and observations to support assortment and commercial decisions
What You'll Bring to the Table
- BA or BS in Business, Merchandising, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Two to four years of experience in merchandising, buying, planning, marketplace, or digital commerce.
- Experience supporting assortment planning and management, using sales, margin, inventory, consumer, and competitive data to inform merchandising decisions.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with the ability to work with large data sets and translate findings into action.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain strong attention to detail, and deliver against seasonal milestones in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across global, cross-functional teams and influencing key partners.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, time management, and project management skills, with a positive and team-oriented approach.

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
