Who this fits

In the first months, your manager reviews calendars and tone; later, you take the lead on your portfolio and share monthly performance insights.
From the employer
CPP Clinics is a leading provider of medical aesthetics services, offering innovative treatments across multiple medspas under the CPP umbrella. We are dedicated to delivering exceptional patient experiences and outstanding results, utilizing advanced technologies and personalized care.
As part of Marketing Services, we support a network of 75+ clinics operating under 30+ independent brands across the US. Each clinic keeps its own identity, website and local reputation, and our central growth team supports them with SEO, paid media, data and web projects.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will manage and execute social media, email, and influencer marketing for a portfolio of clinics within the CPP network — building community engagement and brand presence tailored to each clinic's audience.
A large part of the role is content creation and community management: planning and publishing content across platforms, engaging with followers and reviews, and building influencer relationships that extend each clinic's reach. If you're energized by fast-paced, multi-account content work and want to specialize in the medical aesthetics space, this role was written for you.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Content & social media management
- Develop and implement social media strategies for a portfolio of clinics to grow engagement, brand awareness, and community.
- Create, curate, and schedule content (images, videos, reels, stories) tailored to each clinic's audience.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely, professional way.
Community management
- Act as the online voice of each clinic, engaging with followers and keeping tone and messaging on-brand.
- Monitor online conversations and flag opportunities to protect or strengthen brand reputation.
Influencer outreach & partnerships
- Identify and build relationships with influencers and local community figures aligned with each clinic's brand.
- Manage influencer collaborations, keeping content delivery on expectations and timelines.
- Track and report on influencer campaign performance.
Reporting & collaboration
- Track and report on social, email, and influencer performance using analytics tools, with insights and recommendations to optimize future campaigns.
- Work with clinic teams to understand their goals, promotions, and content needs.
- Coordinate with the broader marketing team for cohesive messaging across channels.
- Partner with graphic designers and content creators on high-quality assets.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 2+ years of experience in social media management, ideally in medical aesthetics or beauty.
- Proficiency across social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube) and familiarity with analytics tools.
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact) and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite).
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts, projects, and deadlines at once.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing and content creation best practices.
- Analytical mindset — comfortable interpreting data and turning it into recommendations.
- Post-secondary education in marketing, communications or a related field, or equivalent experience.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with paid social (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads).
- Comfort using AI tools to speed up content drafting and scheduling.
- Agency experience managing multiple client accounts.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- First 3 months: you're publishing and engaging across your assigned clinics on schedule, with your manager reviewing content calendars and tone.
- By 6 months: you're independently running the content calendar, community management, and influencer outreach for your full portfolio, and contributing performance insights each month.
WHAT MAKES THIS ROLE DIFFERENT
- International scope, Montreal home base: Based in Montreal but working across US clinics, you get the lifestyle of one market and the scale of another.
- Work alongside top providers: Partner directly with some of the most respected doctors and providers in US medical aesthetics, surgical aesthetics, and wellness.
- Real perks: Experience the treatments yourself at our clinics (injectables, lasers, facials, wellness services, and more) and enjoy corporate discounts on the premium retail brands we carry in clinic. You'll know the work because you've lived it.
- A fast, dynamic category: Medical aesthetics and wellness are evolving faster than almost any other corner of the beauty industry. Expect new devices, services, and trends every quarter, and the opportunity to influence how leading clinics respond to them.
