What You Will Do
- Deliver GMV goal and help Kitchen category growth with Rocket Growth Model
- Formulate and execute regional merchants recruiting strategies for designated fashion categories/sub-categories.
- Build and manage relationships with merchants to drive business growth
- Analyze merchant performance data and develop tailored growth strategies
- Identify and resolve merchants' pain points through high-impact projects
- Build long-term relationships with merchants, ensuring high levels of merchants’ satisfaction
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align business goals
- 5+ years of sales, business development, category management or account management experience, Kitchen category experience is preferred
- Demonstrated records in exceeding challenge targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
