主導公司整體行銷策略制定，透過分析行銷活動成效，提出改善方案與優化方向，以支持 Coupang 中長期商業策略及業績目標的達成

主要工作內容（What You Will Do）
1. 以顧客體驗為核心
每天以提升 Customer Experience 為出發點。

• 先定義顧客需求
• 再反推解決方案
• 運用內外部數據了解顧客及市場

建立能讓顧客驚豔（WOW）的體驗。

2. 行銷活動與促銷規劃
與內外部團隊合作：

• 發想行銷活動
• 制定促銷計畫
• 執行站內 Campaign

依據 Merchandising Calendar：

• 規劃活動
• 追蹤成效
• 透過數據分析持續優化客戶體驗

3. 負責核心營運指標
• 設定並管理關鍵 KPI：
• 業績指標（Top Line）
• Orders（訂單數）
• GMV（Gross Merchandise Value，商品交易總額）

顧客行為指標
• Inflow（流量導入）
• Conversion（轉換率）
• Retention（留存率）
• 其他相關指標

制定並執行策略以達成目標。

4. 跨部門流程優化
建立及優化工作流程：
• Business Team
• Marketing Team
• Category Team
• Design Team
• Product Team
