An exciting opportunity for a graduate to join Coty's Luxury PR & Influencer Marketing team. This role offers hands-on experience across PR and Influencer Marketing supporting some of the world's most iconic beauty brands including Burberry, BOSS, Chloé, Calvin Klein and many more!

THE ROLE

OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!

As our PR & Influencer Marketing Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of integrated PR and Influencer Marketing activity across Coty's beauty portfolio. Reporting into the PR & Influencer Marketing team, you will contribute to brand advocacy initiatives including press engagement, influencer activities and operational excellence.

You will be reporting to the PR & Influencer Marketing Manager, and you will manage:

PR & Media Relations

Support the execution of PR strategies and press office activities across multiple beauty brands.
Assist in building and maintaining relationships with media contacts and industry KOLs
Support media outreach, press releases/e-blast creation and coverage tracking, while responding to press requests in a timely manner
Monitor industry trends, cultural moments and competitor activity to identify opportunities for brand visibility

Influencer Marketing & Brand Advocacy

Support the delivery of influencer marketing campaigns, including seeding activities, events and partnerships.
Help identify and engage relevant creators aligned with brand objectives and audiences.
Maintain influencer databases and support relationship management activities.
Monitor creator activity, competitor activations, and emerging social trends.
Contribute to advocacy reporting, insights and campaign evaluations leveraging Traackr.

Team Operations & Project Support

Contribute to the efficient day-to-day running of the PR & Influencer Marketing function, providing team support, coordination and administration across campaigns and key business processes.
Provide administrative support across PO management, product samples logistics, tracking systems and team documentation, maintaining accurate records and efficient team processes.
Support the planning and execution of press and influencer events.
Support cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

You are passionate about communications, content, social media and culture. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building relationships and are highly organised with strong attention to detail.

Previous work experience is preferred but not essential, however the ability to understand the key elements and an interest of the role is essential.
Recently obtained a degree in either Public Relations and media communications preferred;
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
Excellent organization and prioritising skills;
Ability to work effectively to deadlines;
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
Ability to build strong working relationships;
Experience of working effectively in a team;
Demonstrate an interest and awareness in social media activities.
