What you'll do

Help plan and deliver product launches across product, pricing, placement and promotion
Support brand initiatives while taking part in the brand manager’s daily work
Create and refresh sales materials, marketing documents and flyers
Coordinate sampling and promotional activities with internal teams
Review market findings, reports and performance data, then prepare presentations

What you bring

You study business, marketing or a comparable subject and have completed at least three semesters
You communicate confidently in German and English, both orally and in writing
You work comfortably with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
You enjoy working with figures, analysis and business data
You work independently, move topics forward and contribute well in a team

Du unterstützt die Planung und Umsetzung von Produktlaunches entlang der 4P: Product, Price, Place und Promotion.
Du wirst vollständig in das Daily Business eines Brand Managers integriert.
Du unterstützt die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Markeninitiativen.
Du erstellst und aktualisierst Vertriebs- und Marketingunterlagen.
Du unterstützt bei der Gestaltung und Koordination von Marketingmaterialien und Flyern.
Du koordinierst Sampling-Aktivitäten und Promotions.
Du arbeitest eng mit verschiedenen internen Stakeholdern zusammen, um Projekte erfolgreich umzusetzen.
Du unterstützt bei Marktanalysen, Reportings und Performance-Auswertungen.
Du bereitest Business-Daten und Präsentationen für interne Stakeholder auf.

💡 DAS BRINGST DU MIT

Du studierst BWL, Marketing oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang.
Du hast mindestens drei Semester deines Studiums erfolgreich absolviert.
Du konntest idealerweise bereits erste praktische Erfahrungen im Marketing sammeln.
Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch, in Wort und Schrift.
Du fühlst dich sicher im Umgang mit Microsoft Office, insbesondere PowerPoint und Excel.
Du hast Spaß an Zahlen, Analysen und der Arbeit mit Daten.
Du arbeitest selbstständig, lösungsorientiert und bringst Themen proaktiv voran.
Du bist ein Teamplayer mit ausgeprägten kommunikativen Fähigkeiten.
Du interessierst dich für Beauty, Marken und Konsumenten.
