· Develop and maintain competitive intelligence related to digital homebuilding solutions, emerging technologies, and artificial intelligence to support product differentiation and sales effectiveness.

· Identify and evaluate new technologies, automation opportunities, and process improvements that increase productivity, scalability, and service quality.

· Support enterprise customer engagements, including technical presentations, RFPs, RFIs, complex solution configurations, and strategic account initiatives.

· Partner with Finance, Sales Operations, and other stakeholders to maintain pricing integrity, evaluate custom solutions, and support commercially sound decisions.

· Develop technical sales enablement resources, training materials, product documentation, and competitive positioning tools to strengthen the sales team's effectiveness. Oversee Showpad administration, demo selection, and maintenance of current demonstration assets.

· Establish and monitor key performance indicators related to quote turnaround times, request volume, resource utilization, solution quality, and overall team performance, building reporting capabilities as ClickUp workflows are implemented.

· Provide strategic recommendations to executive leadership regarding operational improvements, product capabilities, competitive positioning, and future growth opportunities.

Basic Qualifications:
