In this role, you will collaborate with front-end developers, architects, product owners, digital teams, integration teams, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing commerce solutions for both B2B and B2C customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, customize, and maintain enterprise B2B and B2C eCommerce capabilities on Optimizely Configured Commerce using modern .NET/C# development practices.
  • Design and implement scalable commerce functionality, including product discovery, customer accounts, pricing, cart, checkout, ordering, and self-service experiences.
  • Partner with product owners, architects, developers, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into maintainable technical solutions.
  • Design, develop, and support integrations with ERP, CRM, PIM, DAM, identity, payment, tax, pricing, inventory, order management, and fulfillment systems using APIs and event-driven integration patterns.
  • Optimize application performance, resiliency, scalability, accessibility, and SEO across the commerce platform.
  • Troubleshoot issues across application, API, integration, database, and enterprise-system layers, identify root causes, and implement long-term solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews and promote coding standards, quality, and best practices.
  • Stay current with modern commerce technologies, .NET development practices, cloud technologies, and Optimizely platform capabilities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
  • 3-5 years of experience developing enterprise eCommerce applications, preferably supporting both B2B and B2C business models.
  • Direct experience with Optimizely Configured Commerce/InsiteCommerce is preferred but not required.
  • Strong proficiency in .NET and C#, including object-oriented design, dependency injection, API development, debugging, testing, and application architecture.
  • Understanding of enterprise commerce platforms, API-driven integrations, and distributed application architectures.
  • Experience integrating commerce applications with enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, PIM, payment, identity, pricing, inventory, or order management solutions.
  • Working knowledge of modern front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, or Angular, and the ability to collaborate effectively with front-end developers.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce concepts including catalogs, pricing, account structures, permissions, ordering workflows, checkout, order history, and customer self-service features.
  • Experience with SQL Server or other relational databases, including data modeling, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
  • Experience with Git or other source control systems.
  • Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and become productive within new enterprise platforms and technologies.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future. Temporary visas including F-1 (OPT/STEM), H-1B, L, B, J, or TN are not eligible for this opportunity.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Microsoft Azure, cloud-native architectures, observability, monitoring, and CI/CD practices.
  • Experience with Optimizely Configured Commerce/InsiteCommerce or another enterprise eCommerce platform.
  • Experience with headless or composable commerce architectures and modern front-end frameworks such as React or Next.js.
  • Knowledge of web performance optimization and application scalability best practices.
