What you'll do
- Help maintain Continental websites by checking and updating pages against company direction and global-site content
- Coordinate with central colleagues to adapt content for local audiences, and liaise with the digital agency
- Build newsletters and direct emails for business and consumer audiences, then track their associated KPIs
- Support customer-community work, handle tickets, draft articles, and help deliver community-development projects
- Assist internal and external contacts and suppliers, while maintaining reports on websites, newsletters, social media, and advertising
What you bring
- A humanities degree is required, with communications, marketing, or a related subject preferred
- Strong Italian and English, plus working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- A clear interest in digital, social media, and corporate communications, with confidence using related digital tools
Who this fits
This is a six-month internship for a recent graduate or someone nearing graduation, based in Milan with a 50% hybrid schedule. You’ll suit a junior communications role focused on digital work, especially activities connected to the truck business.

Siamo alla ricerca di un/a Communication Trainee da inserire in stage presso la nostra area dedicata alle PR e alla Comunicazione con particolare focus sul Digital. Sarai di supporto alle attività su diversi canali inerenti principalmente al business truck. Nello specifico gli incarichi in cui sarai coinvolto/a, in supporto o in autonomia, sono le seguenti:
- Site Management: supporto nella cura dei siti web di Continental, dalla verifica all'aggiornamento dei contenuti - coerentemente con la strategia aziendale e con i siti Global - fino all'interfaccia con l'agenzia digital; Interfaccia con i colleghi di centrale per la localizzazione dei contenuti.
- E-mail marketing: realizzazione di newsletter e dem dedicate ad audience B2B e B2C, controllo dei KPI associati.
- Community management: supporto nella gestione della community e della base clienti, dei ticket e nella realizzazione di articoli. Supporto nella realizzazione di progetti per lo sviluppo della community.
- Back Office: supporto nella relazione con i clienti interni/esterni e fornitori, creazione e manutenzione di reportistiche legate ai siti, newsletter, social e adv.
Cosa cerchiamo:
- Laurea umanistica, preferibilmente in Comunicazione, Marketing o campi affini
- Forte interesse per le tematiche di Digital Communications, Social Media, Corporate Communications e propensione all’utilizzo di strumenti digitali correlati.
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e della lingua inglese
- Buona conoscenza di Microsoft Office
- Attitudine proattiva e orientamento ai dettagli
Lo stage avrà la durata di 6 mesi ed è previsto un rimborso spese di 850€ al mese + tickets restaurant
