Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks
efficiently. - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software.
- Interest in social media and content creation (video editing is an asset).
Main Responsibilities
- Assist the VP Marketing in creating graphics, photo, and video content for Instagram.
- Help brainstorm creative ideas for Reels and other promotional content.
- Schedule and publish posts based on the VP Marketing's promotional calendar.
- Help staff marketing events such as boothing, contests, and giveaways.
- Participate in regular in-person team meetings.
- Other ad hoc tasks as needed to deliver one of the best experiences to the graduating class.
Anticipated Learning Outcomes
- Practical experience in social media marketing and content creation.
- Improved graphic design and video editing skills through hands-on experience.
- Enhanced project management skills through involvement in planning and executing the graduation night.
Time Commitment
- Approximately 6 hours per week, with an increase to 10 hours during peak planning periods.
