What you'll do

Who this fits
This role suits a designer who can take direction from the VP Marketing and collaborate with content and photography teammates. It is onsite in Vancouver, running from October 2026 through April 2027, with five to seven hours weekly during regular periods and eight to ten during campaigns and event promotion. Key Responsibilities
- Design visual content for EMP's Instagram, LinkedIn, and newsletter
- Create graphics for mentee recruitment campaigns during the September push
- Design branded materials for all events and external communications
- Maintain a cohesive EMP visual identity across all touchpoints
- Support internal branding and merchandise design as needed
- Collaborate with Content Creators and Photographer to align visuals with content
Qualifications
- Design experience (Canva required, Adobe suite preferred)
- Strong eye for visual consistency and branding
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Comfort managing multiple design deadlines simultaneously
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
