What you'll do
- Build an implementation plan for each client that meets its service commitments and targets the client’s goals
- Gather and document requirements, then run recurring meetings and keep internal teams aligned on delivery
- Coordinate operational partners and other resources while serving as the link between internal teams and stakeholders
- Update customers and Account Managers on progress, check contract details and product configurations, and suggest fixes when needed
- Train customers who are new to Commerce Bank or a service on the initial system setup
What you bring
- A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent mix of education and work experience
- At least two years in implementation, project management, sales or portfolio management
- You understand contract terms, operating rules, regulations and processing methods
- You can manage competing priorities with care and communicate clearly in writing and conversation

Compensation Range
Hourly: $23.69 - $27.60 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)About This Job
The main purpose of this job is to ensure the smooth implementation of all Treasury products.
Essential Functions
- Develop client by client project plans to meet commitments in their service level agreement plans
- Create defined project plans that matches the client’s overall objectives and goals to deliver on-time and under budget implementations by working collaboratively with internal teams, including IT and Operations
- Perform requirement gathering, documentation, communication, and recurring meetings to meet program goals as required by product and implementation type
- Proactively coordinate multiple resources to ensure clients’ objectives are met
- Act as a liaison between our internal operational partners and stakeholders throughout the implementation process
- Provide accurate and proactive program updates to customer and internal Account Manager
- Review the accuracy of contract completion and validate product setups
- Proactively identify and recommend appropriate solutions to ensure clients’ objectives are met
- Provide initial system training for customers new to either Commerce Bank or a Service
- Perform other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
- Basic understanding of contract language, Operating Rules, regulations and requirements as well as various modes of processing
- Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Inquisitive, agile and strong team player with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values
- Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- 2+ years experience in the areas of implementation, project management, sales or portfolio management required
- Payment experience (ACH, wires, electronic banking, lockbox, transmissions, etc.) preferred
- Commercial and/or Treasury preferred

The disclosed range estimate has been adjusted for any applicable differentials (geographic, bilingual, or shift) that could be associated with the position or where it is filled. At Commerce, compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each situation. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay is $23.69 to $27.60 annually. This position will be eligible for additional compensation through performance-based incentive plans that will correspond to meeting performance goals.
