Job Summary / Purpose

Lead PR & Marketing Communications team. Develop integrated marketing & communication strategy aligned with corporate and local business priorities. Oversee online digital communications and offline brand events including industry exhibitions and company/MKT annual events. Partner with global teams to translate global brand framework into local campaigns, build corporate reputation and support business growth.

Essential Duties / Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Insight

Conduct market and stakeholder insights analysis. Develop PR & Marcom strategy and annual roadmap, aligning with corporate and marketing strategy. Track campaign KPIs and continuously optimize strategy and content.

2. PR & Corporate Branding

Manage media relations, thought leadership communications and crisis communication readiness. Draft press releases, leadership articles and official statements to safeguard corporate brand reputation.

3. Online Social Media and digital communications

Own social media strategy and content operation across digital channels. Lead content planning, production and publishing to engage target audiences and improve brand influence.

4. Offline Events & Campaigns

Lead end-to-end planning and execution of offline marketing activities: industry exhibitions, brand forums and company annual events. Manage vendor, budget, on-site delivery and post-event review.

5. Global & Cross-functional Collaboration

Collaborate with global Corporate Communications team to localize global campaigns. Partner with internal stakeholders to align key messages and support business priorities. Own annual PR & Marcom plan and budget management.

6. Team Leadership

Lead and develop the PR & Marcom team covering PR, social media and offline event delivery. Set team objectives and drive project delivery.

Authorities (non-exhaustive list)

• Own China PR & Marcom strategy, annual plan and budget proposal

• Approve external PR statements, brand content, social posts and event plans

• Select and manage external agencies (PR, creative, event)

• Mobilize cross-functional resources for brand and communication campaigns

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above

• 5–8 years PR / Marketing Communications experience, preferably in global medical device / healthcare industry

• Proven experience in building communication &strategic thinking, leading PR, social media and large offline events (exhibition, company annual event)

• Solid media relations and crisis communication capability

• Fluent written and spoken English for global stakeholder communication
