Role Purpose

  • Lead strategic business development and commercial performance initiatives across the RIKA region, supporting sustainable growth, market expansion, and execution excellence while serving as a strategic partner to the VP RIKA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support development and execution of regional growth strategies.
  • Identify and evaluate market expansion and new business opportunities.
  • Lead strategic projects that drive sustainable growth and market penetration.
  • Monitor business performance and provide actionable insights to Country Managers.
  • Manage monthly, quarterly and annual business reviews.
  • Drive sales force effectiveness, CRM adoption and KPI management initiatives.
  • Support Annual Business Planning (ABP), forecasting and governance processes.
  • Partner with Marketing, Finance, Market Access, Medical Affairs, Supply Chain and P&C.
  • Lead regional transformation and continuous improvement projects.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or master’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Strategy, Consulting, Commercial Excellence or FP&A.
  • Strong analytical, financial modeling and business case development skills.
  • Demonstrated project management and stakeholder management experience.
  • Healthcare, medical device or pharmaceutical experience preferred.
  • Fluent English
  • Willingness to travel across the RIKA region.
