Who this fits

You’ll suit this role if you can earn trust with AI engineers, navigate several stakeholders, create urgency as timelines change, and explain unstructured data and AI governance in business terms. The position is remote within the USA and focuses on acquiring new logos as an individual senior sales contributor. It requires comfort discussing bias, auditability, and model risk without relying on a subject matter expert.

From the employer

Joining Collibra's AI Sales team

Collibra's AI Sales team is at the forefront of how enterprises adopt and scale AI, selling a suite of AI products including AI Command Center, Collibra Units, and Deasy Labs, Collibra's unstructured data platform for AI, directly to the builders and technical leaders driving production AI systems. This role exists because the market is moving fast and we need elite hunters who can open doors, build trust with technical buyers and close net-new logos in a category that's still being defined. Your work will directly shape how Deasy Labs grows and how Collibra establishes itself as the leader in enterprise AI.

About Deasy Labs

Deasy Labs, part of Collibra, develops technology that automatically discovers, enriches, and maintains the semantic context inside unstructured data. Enterprise knowledge often lives in documents, PDFs, reports, and transcripts that traditional data systems cannot easily organize or govern. The Deasy platform analyzes that content and generates structured metadata, taxonomies, and relationships that allow AI systems to retrieve the right information with accuracy and control.

Senior Enterprise AI Account Executives at Collibra are responsible for

  • Owning net-new logo acquisition with AI/ML teams and Chief AI Officers across your territory, running the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
  • Building a structured, self-sourced prospecting motion including agent-based prospecting layered on top of SDR-assisted pipeline to ensure consistent pipeline coverage
  • Multi-threading across AI engineering, AI ops, data platform, and executive sponsors simultaneously to build consensus and accelerate deal velocity
  • Connecting AI products to Collibra's core governance story in accounts where AI governance is a natural expansion conversation
  • Delivering accurate, reliable forecasting with real-time Salesforce updates so the business can plan with confidence

You have

  • 3+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience selling to technical buyers including AI/ML, data engineering, platform engineering, or software engineering teams
  • A track record of closing $200K+ ACV deals with AI/ML teams as the primary economic buyer
  • Demonstrated quota attainment of at least 100% across two or more employers
  • Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, Copilot) to solve real-world business challenges, drive measurable outcomes, or streamline workflows
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent related working experience is required
  • This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship

You are

  • Able to earn credibility with AI engineers quickly you're a peer, not a pitch
  • Skilled at multi-threading across a buying committee by instinct, not by process checklist
  • Comfortable creating real urgency in a market where buyer timelines shift constantly, without manufacturing false pressure
  • Familiar with unstructured data concepts and able to translate them into business value for stakeholders who don't live in the stack
  • Able to hold your own on AI governance topics including bias, auditability, and model risk without a subject matter expert in the room

Measures of success

  • Within your first month, you will complete onboarding, build your territory account plan, and identify your top priority target accounts
  • Within your third month, you will have active qualified pipeline with AI team buyers and at least two deals past the discovery stage
  • Within your sixth month, you will have closed your first net-new logos and be forecasting your annual number with confidence
