By defining and monitoring 5P execution (Product, Price, Placement, Promotion, Population/People), tracking channel performance, and co-creating promotional strategies with Sales and Customer Marketing teams, you will ensure our brand portfolio dominates the point of sale. If you thrive on analyzing commercial performance, optimizing trade investments, and serving as a trusted retail expert, this role is an excellent opportunity!

Core Responsibilities

  • Channel & RE Strategy: Develop short- and long-term Retail Environment strategies tailored for Minisupers and Pharmacy channels, leveraging shopper and market trends to outpace market growth.

  • 5P Execution & Analytics: Define, monitor, and analyze 5P execution by channel to optimize product positioning, pricing, shelf presence, and promotional effectiveness.

  • Commercial Alignment & Planning: Partner closely with Field Sales, Customer Marketing, and Customer Development Teams (CDT) to align shopper plans, assign clear targets, and achieve channel priorities.

  • Financial & Performance Reviews: Participate in monthly business reviews (CBP discipline) to evaluate volume, net sales, Gross-to-Net (GTN), trade spend investment, and margins against targets, executing strategic adjustments when needed.

  • Promotion & Baseline Optimization: Utilize category management tools and shopper insights to build efficient promotional plans and maximize baseline sales volume.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as an internal consultant and external partner, building strong, trust-based relationships across sales, marketing, and commercial leadership.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

  • At least 3+ years of commercial, trade marketing, customer marketing, or sales experience within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides).

  • Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing trade strategies specifically within the Minisuper and Pharmacy / Drugstore retail channels.

  • Strong project management capabilities with a proven track record in retail environment execution and point-of-sale activations.
