Role Summary:

The Regional eCommerce Specialist for the Greater Caribbean leads the development and execution of growth strategies across B2B and B2C eCommerce channels to drive category expansion and outpace Brick & Mortar Share of Market ($SOM) growth. This role serves as the central hub aligning strategy across cross-functional partners in Finance, Customer Service & Logistics (CS&L), and Marketing. You will provide a high-impact opportunity to centralize key eCommerce services and establish strategic execution guidelines across regional operating subsidiaries.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver regional eCommerce growth strategies and standardized operational guidelines across all regional subsidiaries, centralizing key eCommerce services.
  • Translate global, divisional, and local shopper insights into actionable retail environment tactics that drive sales volume, market share, and gross margins.
  • Manage assigned Advertising and Gross-to-Net (GTN) budgets, directly driving key financial indicators including Net Sales, Gross Margin, Consumer/Customer Investment, and Operating Profit.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Finance, CS&L, and Marketing teams to integrate shopper and customer insights into end-to-end commercial action plans.
  • Build strategic category growth plans and execution grids to optimize online product availability, drive conversion, and maximize B2B and B2C category performance.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of commercial experience within eCommerce, or similar roles
  • Experience in digital sales
  • Advanced proficiency in English (spoken and written)
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace tools

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience within the FMCG/CPG industry
  • Experience with Kantar o Nielsen
