About the Role
As a Paid Social Strategist, you’ll own the day-to-day strategic direction and performance of paid social programs across a portfolio of clients. You’ll serve as a trusted client partner, turning data into actionable recommendations, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring our strategies continuously evolve alongside consumer behavior, creative performance, and the platforms themselves.
What you’ll do:
- Own the day-to-day paid social strategy and performance narrative for your accounts, connecting media performance to broader client goals
- Develop full-funnel strategies across platforms, including budget allocation, platform roles, audiences, campaign structure, creative, and optimization priorities
- Serve as a trusted client-facing expert, proactively bringing forward recommendations, opportunities, and clear points of view
- Analyze performance to identify key drivers, risks, and opportunities, translating data into clear insights and actionable next steps
- Develop learning agendas and testing roadmaps across creative, media, audiences, measurement, and emerging platform opportunities
- Partner with Activation and cross-functional teams to ensure execution aligns with strategy, providing hands-on campaign and QA support when needed
- Maintain strong operational ownership across budget pacing, forecasting, campaign accuracy, and overall account health
- Build strong relationships with platform partners to identify strategic opportunities, new capabilities, and ways to continuously advance client programs

You should have:
- 3+ years of hands-on paid social experience across a minimum of four major social platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit, LinkedIn, or YouTube
- Demonstrated ability to independently develop paid social strategies and recommendations based on client goals, performance, and business context
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose performance and turn data into a clear strategic narrative
- Experience owning client communication and confidently presenting plans, performance insights, and recommendations
- Strong understanding of full-funnel paid social strategy, creative testing, measurement, and platform best practices
- Strong budget management, forecasting, and organizational skills with a high degree of accountability and attention to detail
- Ability to take initial direction and quickly transition to an independent, proactive working style
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, including comfort working with pivot tables and large datasets; platform and digital marketing certifications are a plus
