The Senior Director, Communications, Change Leadership and Capability plays a critical role in enabling this evolution. This position sits at the intersection of enterprise strategy, people engagement, and organizational transformation. You will shape how key priorities are communicated, ensure change initiatives are successfully adopted, and build the capabilities that allow teams to thrive in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate brings a strong combination of strategic thinking, execution excellence, and human-centered leadership. What You’ll Do for Us

1. Strategic Communications & Narrative Development

  • Lead the development and execution of an integrated communications strategy aligned to enterprise priorities, ensuring clarity, consistency, and relevance across functions, regions, and stakeholder groups

  • Translate complex business strategies and transformation agendas into compelling, easy-to-understand narratives that inspire action and drive alignment

  • Shape and deliver executive communications, including leadership messaging, town halls, and key enterprise moments, ensuring authenticity and connection with diverse audiences

  • Ensure transparent, inclusive, and timely communication that builds trust, enhances engagement, and supports a positive employee experience

2. Change Leadership & Transformation Enablement

  • Design and implement end-to-end change leadership strategies that support large-scale transformation initiatives and enable sustained adoption of new ways of working

  • Establish and embed scalable change management frameworks, governance models, and toolkits that strengthen organizational resilience and reduce disruption during periods of change

  • Partner closely with senior leaders to equip them with the mindset, skills, and confidence to lead change effectively within their teams

3. Capability Building & Organizational Development

  • Build and scale enterprise capability programs focused on strategic communications, change leadership, and digital fluency to support business priorities

  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, adaptability, and growth by embedding capability-building into everyday work and leadership practices

4. Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration

  • Strengthen stakeholder engagement by developing strong partnerships with Human Resources, Strategy, Digital, and Operating Units to ensure alignment and shared ownership of initiatives

5. Insights, Innovation & Digital Enablement

  • Leverage employee listening, data analytics, and feedback mechanisms to inform communication strategies, measure impact, and continuously improve effectiveness

  • Integrate digital platforms, collaboration tools, and emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, to modernize and scale communication and change practices

  • Continuously benchmark external best practices and introduce innovative approaches that improve how the organization communicates, learns, and adapts

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred

  • 12+ years of experience in corporate communications, change management, organizational development, or a related discipline

  • Demonstrated experience leading communications and change for large-scale transformation initiatives within complex, global organizations

  • Deep expertise in change leadership methodologies and the ability to adapt frameworks to different business contexts

  • Proven track record of developing and executing strategic communications that influence senior stakeholders and drive business outcomes

  • Experience designing and scaling capability-building programs across diverse employee populations and geographies

  • Strong executive presence with the ability to partner, coach, and influence senior leaders in a matrixed environment

  • Advanced storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging, and actionable communication

  • High level of digital fluency, including experience with collaboration platforms, content tools, and emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence
