Role Overview:


In this role, you will lead the growth of ACT+ across APAC by enabling agencies, strengthening sustainability conversations with customers, developing commercial capabilities, and supporting the successful execution of CMA CGM's low-carbon shipping strategy.

Key Responsibilities:


Commercial Strategy & Performance

  • Deploy the regional ACT+ growth strategy across APAC, translating global objectives into country-level action plans to support budget attainment
  • Maintain visibility of the ACT+ opportunity pipeline, ensuring accurate opportunity tracking and reviewing pipeline quality and conversion with country teams
  • Monitor country performance and provide regular commercial reporting and market intelligence to APAC management and HO

Customer & Market Engagement

  • Lead commercial campaigns and support trade shows, sustainability forums, and customer seminars to drive ACT+ visibility and revenue
  • Undertaking regular business travel to agencies for direct customer engagement, including sustainability and decarbonization discussions
  • Participate in strategic customer meetings, executive reviews, and tender/retention support where ACT+ provides differentiation

Agency Sales Enablement

  • Lead development of ACT+ sales capabilities across the network through workshops, webinars, and training programs
  • Coach VAS Champions, Sales Managers, and Commercial Teams on ACT+ positioning; develop sales tools, playbooks, and best-practice materials

Sustainability, ESG & Product Collaboration

  • Grow the regional ESG contact network through events and engagements, nurturing relationships with ESG-focused stakeholders and sustainability communities
  • Act as primary APAC liaison between agencies and ACT+ HO stakeholders, gathering market intelligence and collaborating with HO Product Owners on enhancements and new deployments

What We’re Looking For:

  • Degree in a relevant discipline
  • Strong commercial background within shipping, logistics, supply chain, or value-added services
  • Experience in sales enablement, business development, key account management, or product commercialization
  • Understanding of sustainability, ESG initiatives, carbon reduction programs, and environmental value propositions
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders across multiple countries and functions
  • Experience working within regional or international organizations
  • Ability to travel regionally for customer visits and agency training
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PPT, and other presentation or data analysis software
