What you'll do
- Translate business and technical needs into IT solution designs, then integrate and implement them
- Help shape service plans and strategy, keeping solution documentation current
- Track EDI project progress and related changes for stakeholders
- Support IT teams in France, India and Vietnam as the subject-matter contact for your area
- Coordinate change rollouts, quality checks and testing plans, and write functional specifications
What you bring
- A degree in IT, administration or a related field, plus advanced English
- At least two years delivering implementations and services with EDI solutions, preferably on complex projects for large clients
- At least one year in supply chain, with knowledge of demand management, project planning and portfolio practices
- You can assess links between IT and business initiatives, solve problems, work with data and document policies
Who this fits
This role suits someone with mid-level experience who can turn business needs into EDI-related IT changes and coordinate testing and documentation. You should be prepared to travel and support teams across France, India and Vietnam. Certification in ITIL or PMI is a plus.

Requisitos:
- Licenciatura en Tecnologías de la Información, Administración o afin.
- Inglés avanzado
- Deseable: Certificación ITIL o PMI.
- 2 años de experiencia en implementación y entrega de servicios, preferentemente en proyectos complejos y clientes grandes, con soluciones EDI.
- 1 año de experiencia en la industria de la cadena de suministro.
- Conocimientos en la aplicación de mejores prácticas en gestión de demanda, planificación y portafolio de proyectos, Capacidad para entender interdependencias entre iniciativas de TI y negocio, Análisis FODA y resolución de problemas, implementación de soluciones TI y trato con clientes de alto perfil, Manejo de datos, análisis y documentación de políticas, conocimiento en las fases del análisis y diseño de sistemas.
- Deseable: conocimiento de soluciones clave de clientes, PMM, Top Class y productos especializados.
Funciones:
- Analizar necesidades funcionales considerando aspectos técnicos y de negocio.
- Diseñar, integrar e implementar soluciones de TI alineadas con los requerimientos del negocio.
- Contribuir a la gestion y estrategia de servicios y documentación de soluciones.
- Reportar avances de proyectos y cambios relacionados con EDI.
- Actuar como punto de contacto experto en su área, brindando soporte a equipos de TI en distintas ubicaciones (Francia, India, Vietnam).
- Mantenerse actualizado/a en tendencias tecnológicas y proponer mejoras técnicas.
- Gestionar la implementación de cambios y asegurar su calidad.
- Elaborar planes de prueba y coordinar campañas de testing.
- Redactar especificaciones funcionales.
- Asegurar que las soluciones y procedimientos estén actualizados y alineados con los estándares.
