From the employer

About the Role

We're an AI-native immigration law firm reimagining how people navigate the immigration process. Our legal team produces original, expert-driven content, and we're building a brand that makes immigration law clear, accessible, and human. We're looking for a creative, design-savvy storyteller to be the voice and face of that brand across every channel.

You'll own our social media presence end to end — from designing scroll-stopping visuals to filming and editing Reels to representing us at events. You'll take the content our legal writing team produces and transform it into beautifully designed, highly engaging posts that educate and grow our audience. Think editorial-quality visual storytelling, timely immigration news, and a level of design polish that sets us clearly apart from the competition.

This role reports to the Head of Marketing and has a strong preference for in-person work at our San Francisco (Jackson Square) office.

What You'll Do

Social Media Management

  • Own day-to-day management, publishing, and community engagement across all channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and others as we grow)

  • Build and maintain a content calendar balancing timely immigration news with evergreen educational content

  • Monitor conversations, respond to comments and DMs, and grow an engaged community around our brand

  • Track performance metrics and iterate continuously on what works

Content Design

  • Design high-quality graphics, carousels, and post formats for original content produced by our legal writing team

  • Develop repeatable visual templates that make complex legal topics clear and shareable

  • Uphold and evolve brand guidelines so everything we publish looks and feels unmistakably cohesive

Video & On-Camera Content

  • Be comfortable on camera — you'll film yourself presenting and explaining content for Reels, Shorts, and other short-form video formats

  • Shoot and edit polished, engaging video content with strong pacing, captions, and hooks

Brand & Community

  • Serve as the voice and face of our brand online and in person

  • Attend industry and community events on our behalf and support community engagement initiatives

  • Help shape our brand identity as we scale our social presence

What We're Looking For

Required

  • 2–7 years of social media, content, or growth marketing experience, ideally at an early-stage startup

  • A strong design eye — you know what premium, editorial-quality social content looks like and can produce it consistently

  • Comfort and confidence on camera, plus solid video editing skills for short-form content

  • Excellent written communication — you can translate dense legal or regulatory topics into clear, engaging posts

  • Proven experience managing and growing brand social accounts, with a portfolio of designed content and video work

  • Self-starter mindset — you can own a channel strategy end to end with minimal oversight

  • Expert-level skill in at least one of: Figma or Adobe Illustrator (and comfort across the broader creative toolset)

Nice to Have

  • Experience marketing trust-heavy, regulated, or compliance-sensitive services (legal tech, fintech, healthcare, or similar)

  • Personal connection to immigration, international mobility, or experience working with immigrant or international talent communities

  • Experience developing brand positioning and storytelling strategies, including founder-led content and customer case studies

  • Familiarity with analytics and performance measurement across social channels

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 USD annually

  • Full-time position

  • Visa sponsorship: Not available
