About the Role
We're looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager to lead and scale Meta advertising as the business expands its focus on small and midsize companies. You'll partner closely with the creative, data, measurement, and product teams to turn performance insights into effective campaigns and sustainable growth.
What You'll Do
Own and scale Meta campaigns, managing significant monthly budgets while meeting ROAS and LTV:CAC targets.
Shift acquisition efforts toward small and midsize business audiences and help define effective audience strategies.
Analyze campaign performance, develop data-backed creative hypotheses, and brief the creative team on opportunities to improve ads.
Build a high-velocity testing program across audiences, creatives, campaign structures, and customer segments.
Connect channel performance to unit economics and incrementality, partnering on attribution and measurement.
Build tools and automated workflows to make user acquisition faster and more effective.
What We're Looking For
At least 4 years of experience in performance marketing.
Experience managing six-figure monthly Meta advertising budgets against LTV:CAC targets.
A track record of close collaboration with creative teams, using performance data and feedback to shape creative briefs and hypotheses.
Proficiency in attribution, incrementality, and unit economics, with the ability to connect channel decisions to business outcomes.
Experience building tools and automating workflows, including with AI-assisted development tools or similar.
Compensation & Benefits
The salary range for this role is €60,000 to €70,000 annually.
