About the Role
Own and scale Meta paid acquisition for an early-stage AI-powered B2B SaaS company, helping shift growth toward small and midsize businesses. You will work across performance marketing, creative, product, and measurement to build a testing program that drives sustainable growth.
What You'll Do
Set Meta budget allocation and campaign strategy, managing seven-figure monthly spend against ROAS and LTV:CAC targets.
Analyze campaign results, identify creative patterns, and provide the in-house creative team with structured, data-backed briefs.
Run a high-velocity testing program across audiences, creative, campaign structures, and micro-personas.
Connect channel performance to unit economics and incrementality, partnering on attribution and measurement.
Build tools, automations, and workflows, using AI where it can make user acquisition faster and more autonomous.
Turn testing results into actionable insights that support the shift toward SMB and business audiences.
What We're Looking For
At least 4 years of performance marketing experience, including managing six-figure monthly Meta budgets against LTV:CAC targets.
Strong knowledge of attribution, incrementality, and unit economics, with the ability to connect channel decisions to business outcomes.
Experience working closely with creative teams, developing data-led hypotheses, and creating effective feedback loops.
Experience building tools or automating workflows with code or AI-native platforms.
A track record of structured, fast-paced testing and clear communication with cross-functional partners.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $60,000 to $70,000 USD annually.
