About the Role

Lead enterprise sales for a legal technology company, partnering with law firms and corporate legal departments exploring AI for everyday legal work. You will connect customer needs with product development and share market feedback with product and engineering teams.

What You'll Do

  • Build and manage relationships with law firms, corporate legal departments, and legal technology leaders from initial outreach through contract close.

  • Develop qualified opportunities through prospecting, referrals, conferences, and partner channels.

  • Lead tailored product demonstrations and proof-of-concept engagements based on buyers' workflows and needs.

  • Explain product value with relevant use cases and return-on-investment frameworks.

  • Manage enterprise accounts, maintain accurate CRM records, and provide reliable pipeline forecasts.

  • Gather feedback from legal operations and practice leaders and share insights with product and engineering teams.

  • Build relationships across legal technology and legal operations communities.

What We're Looking For

  • At least five years of B2B enterprise sales experience, including a record of closing contracts worth six figures or more.

  • Experience selling technology to law firms, legal departments, or professional services organizations.

  • Understanding of how partners, IT leaders, and practice groups evaluate and purchase technology.

  • Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences, plus the ability to manage a distributed sales process independently.

  • Experience with legal technology, legal AI, or building an early-stage sales function is valuable.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual salary range: $240,000 to $300,000 USD. Visa sponsorship is not available.
