About the Role

This role leads paid acquisition on Google Ads for a fast-growing AI SaaS company, scaling campaigns across multiple international markets. You will sit within the Performance Marketing team and own the full cycle from campaign build-out to conversion tracking, directly driving measurable growth.

What You'll Do

  • Build, structure, and continuously optimize Google Ads campaigns across international markets.

  • Manage large paid budgets (currently around €150k/month, scaling toward €1M/month) with full performance accountability.

  • Own tracking and conversion setup including Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and offline conversion uploads.

  • Design and run systematic tests of campaign structures and landing pages, iterating quickly from results.

  • Extract learnings from experiments and deliver measurable acquisition and conversion improvements.

  • Adapt paid strategies to different market dynamics as campaigns scale internationally.

  • Collaborate closely with the Performance Marketing team and Go-to-Market managers.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience running Google Ads campaigns across international markets with demonstrated ability to adapt strategy to local dynamics.

  • Experience managing Google Ads budgets of approximately €150,000 or more per month with full accountability for results.

  • Hands-on ownership of tracking and attribution setup using tools such as Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and offline conversion uploads.

  • Strong analytical, structured, and performance-driven mindset with a clear bias toward testing and iteration.

  • Experience in a SaaS or AI startup environment is a strong plus.

  • Excellent professional English communication skills; German proficiency is a strong advantage.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: €65,000 to €100,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
