Lead social media presence on Twitter/X and LinkedIn to grow audience, engagement, and inbound interest.
Ghostwrite high-quality content for founders communicating product vision, platform insights, and key wins.

Plan and execute memorable events that reinforce brand and generate pipeline.
Support team members with event presence, including talks and speaking engagements.
Use analytics tools to measure content performance and continuously optimize strategy.

Proven experience in marketing, content, or community roles at early-stage startups, with the ability to work independently in fast-paced environments.
Strong track record of growing social accounts (Twitter/X, LinkedIn) and building company brand from the ground up.
Portfolio of writing that demonstrates the ability to understand technical products and explain them accurately and compellingly.
Experience planning and running events, meetups, or community programs end-to-end.
Background marketing AI/ML, developer tools, or technical platforms.
Genuine enthusiasm for frontier AI models and the RL ecosystem.
Strong network within the RL research, RL engineering, or broader startup/developer community.
