About the Role

This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-scaling, European-founded AI SaaS company as the strategic architect of all growth. As Head of Growth, you will own the full intersection of Marketing and Product, driving the entire growth funnel for a platform used by small and medium-sized businesses globally. You will report directly to the CEO, manage a seven-figure monthly budget, and directly influence over 90% of company revenue. This is a true ownership role — over the budget, the team, and the growth story.

What You'll Do

Own end-to-end Marketing and Product-Marketing initiatives: brand, demand generation, website, onboarding flow, and funnel optimisation.
Hold full P&L accountability for a seven-figure monthly marketing budget.
Build, lead, and scale a high-performing global team of marketing leaders and specialists — through hiring, coaching, and organisational design.
Define the overall growth strategy and KPIs, reporting directly to the CEO.
Align closely with Product to ensure go-to-market and product-led growth (PLG) motions work in concert.

What We're Looking For

Required:

Proven track record leading and scaling a team of marketing professionals in a senior, global role.
Demonstrated success driving growth at a high-growth B2B or Product-Led Growth (PLG) SaaS company — in-house experience strongly preferred.
Experience managing a seven-figure budget and steering a distributed, global team.
Ideally, prior growth leadership experience at an AI or AI-adjacent company.
Comfortable with full-funnel ownership: from top-of-funnel brand and demand gen through to onboarding and retention.

Nice to Have:

Experience scaling a company from early-stage to significant revenue milestones.
Familiarity with SME or SMB-focused go-to-market motions.
Background in AI, conversational AI, or business communication software.

Location

This is an on-site role based in Vienna, Austria. Candidates must be willing and able to work from the Vienna office. Visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate.

Salary range: €120,000 – €250,000 per year, depending on experience.
