About the Role
Join an early-stage enterprise AI company as its first US Account Executive. You will open the US market for AI agents that connect, migrate, and implement enterprise systems, while working closely with the founding team to build a repeatable sales motion and grow the commercial team.
What You'll Do
Own the full sales cycle, from self-sourced outbound and discovery through technical evaluation, procurement, and close.
Sell directly to enterprise customers and develop relationships with systems integrators, VARs, and consulting partners.
Build US pipeline by defining target accounts, testing positioning, and identifying segments that convert.
Lead product demos and technical evaluations, translating agent workflows and architecture for finance, IT, and operations buyers.
Navigate complex deals with multiple stakeholders, from hands-on champions to CFO and CIO decision-makers.
Recruit, enable, and co-sell with channel partners, and document the sales process for future hires.
Share customer feedback with the founders and help shape product priorities and the growing US commercial team.
What We're Looking For
At least 5 years of experience closing complex B2B software deals end to end, including self-sourced pipeline.
Experience selling ERP, iPaaS, data integration, or data infrastructure platforms, such as NetSuite, SAP, Sage Intacct, Boomi, Workato, Celigo, or Fivetran.
Experience closing deals of $50,000 or more in annual contract value with finance, IT, operations, and executive stakeholders.
Experience building or supporting SI, VAR, or consulting partner channels.
Ability to work independently with limited sales and marketing support, and to explain technical workflows to business and technical buyers.
Based in the US and willing to travel to customer sites and occasionally to Munich; founding sales experience or experience building a US go-to-market motion is a plus.
