What you'll do

Shape the corporate events plan with marketing leaders and find sponsorships that build awareness and generate leads
Secure speaking opportunities for company spokespeople, then develop event messaging with the creative team

Track exhibit materials and shipments, maintain the event calendar and budgets, and review results after events
Bring marketing, business development and operations together before events to align on plans

What you bring

You have at least four years of relevant experience
A bachelor’s degree and certified meeting planner credential are preferred, not required
You must be authorized to work where the role is based without employer immigration or work-authorization support

Job Description

4-6+ years relevant experience Bachelor’s degree preferred Certified meeting planner preferred Partner with marketing leadership team to develop the corporate events strategy Research potential events and sponsorships to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation; Research, propose and manage speaking engagements for company spokespeople Collaborate with our creative team on event messaging and communications development; Oversee management of event logistics, exhibit planning and meeting space needs; Manage vendors and event contractors; Provide onsite coordination of corporate events; Maintain inventory of exhibit materials and ship to events; Maintain event calendar and manage event budgets; Prepare event plans and debrief on event performance; Facilitate pre-event planning meetings with marketing, business development and operations teams;

DOT Requirements

If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations.

$55,700.00 - $83,500.00
