In this SVP role, you will sit at the center of a globally connected platform, working with product, credit, treasury, and markets specialists across more than 100 countries to deliver comprehensive financial solutions. Your work will directly shape client outcomes, drive revenue growth, and influence the strategic direction of Citi's Commercial Banking business in the US.

Responsibilities

Leverage deep market knowledge, industry relationships, and executive presence to elevate Citi's profile, generate new business opportunities, and reinforce the firm's reputation as a leading financial partner to middle market companies.

  • Build and deepen relationships with both existing clients and new prospects, acting as their primary point of contact for all commercial banking needs and anticipating future financial challenges before they arise.

  • Develop and maintain an active new business pipeline, identifying cross-sell opportunities across working capital, syndicated and bilateral lending, treasury and liquidity management, foreign exchange, trade finance, capital markets, and derivatives.

  • Structure and sponsor credit solutions across varying risk profiles, overseeing the end-to-end credit process from origination through approval while ensuring sound underwriting practices at every stage.
