The Manager – Internal/People Communications, Employer Brand is responsible for providing communications expertise, project management and delivery support for internal People Communications activity on behalf of a key client account.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Partner with client and Cielo stakeholders to support the development and delivery of internal People Communications plans aligned to agreed client priorities, messaging and brand guidance.
  • Research, outline, draft and edit communications materials, including colleague communications, leader messaging, presentations, briefing materials and campaign content.
  • Support the coordination and delivery of communications across relevant client channels, helping to ensure messaging is clear, timely and consistent.
  • Provide project management support across People Communications activity, coordinating stakeholder inputs, approvals, timelines and delivery.
  • Work with client and Cielo teams to identify opportunities to improve communication planning, content and delivery.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Stakeholder Responsibilities:

  • Build effective working relationships with key client stakeholders across Employer Brand, Culture and Talent Acquisition.
  • Act as a day-to-day communications partner, providing practical advice, coordination and delivery support.
  • Work closely with Cielo colleagues and other delivery partners to ensure activity is joined up and delivered to brief.
  • Manage stakeholder inputs and feedback, escalating risks, dependencies or decisions where appropriate.

Position Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred in a related field. High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience:

  • Extensive experience in internal/people communication employer branding or recruitment marketing is required (either RPO/In-House or Brand/Recruitment Marketing Agency).

Exposure:

  • Ability to produce and analyse data, identify opportunities and use data to drive decisions.
  • Ability to effectively influence internal and external stakeholders and quickly build robust relationships based on trust and confidence.
  • Translate best practice into relevant, practical and effective solutions and products.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze complex situations conceptually and provide workable solutions to a variety of stakeholders.
