Corporate Brand is looking for a Social Media Specialist II to join our Social Media team. The Social Media team owns organic, promoted, and paid social media strategy across CHG Healthcare’s family of brands. As a Social Media Specialist II on the Social Media team you will take on ownership of content planning, paid social strategy, and budget management across your assigned brand(s). This role will report to the Social Media Manager.
Responsibilities
- Lead content planning decisions across assigned brand(s), applying a strong understanding of industry seasonality, observances, and promo calendars.
- Determine trends in top-performing content, create lookalike content, and identify new content to test.
- Oversee monthly promoted social budgets, including updates and rollovers, and ensure adherence to overall budget limits; coordinate budget-related communications with brand partners.
- Analyze online conversations about brand and industry, and monitor competitor social media communities and channels, to sharpen target audience insights.

Qualifications
- Ability to lead content planning decisions with a strong understanding of the social media channel and it’s mediums.
- Strong relationship management skills, able to serve as primary liaison on projects.
- Experience overseeing and forecasting monthly paid social budgets by brand and audience.
- Experience with Adobe Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Strong enthusiasm for learning, with a habit of asking good questions and thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Education & Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in social media management (with portfolio)
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, digital marketing, public relations, or a related field, or relevant experience
We believe in fair compensation for all of our people, which is why our pay structure takes into account the cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets. For this position, we offer a pay range of $66,200 -- $128,000 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience. CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses. On the other hand, non-sales positions have starting salaries that consist of a base salary and short-term incentives through various bonus plans, which are paid out monthly, quarterly, or annually.
