About the role

We are looking for a strategic, hands-on Partner Marketing Manager to lead Microsoft-aligned marketing for Presidio. Acting as an extension of Presidio’s marketing, sales, alliance, and practice teams, you will translate joint priorities into integrated campaigns that grow pipeline across both existing customers and net-new accounts. You will own the marketing motion from planning through execution, measurement, and optimization, while building strong working relationships with Microsoft stakeholders and Presidio teams.

This is an opportunity to shape a high-visibility alliance marketing motion at the intersection of Microsoft innovation, Presidio’s services portfolio, and measurable customer growth. You will have the autonomy to turn strategy into action while working across teams that care about execution, learning, and business impact.

What you'll do

Microsoft Go-to-Market Alignment

  • Build and maintain alignment with Microsoft alliance and marketing stakeholders on priority solution areas, campaign themes, target audiences, target accounts, and success measures.
  • Translate shared business priorities into clear, executable joint marketing plans and quarterly activation roadmaps.
  • Develop the messaging, proof points, offers, and engagement paths needed to support Microsoft-aligned demand and co-sell motions.
  • Partner with Presidio vertical, sales, practice, and solution teams to connect campaign activity to partnership revenue goals.

Integrated Demand Generation

  • Own integrated demand-generation planning and execution across the customer lifecycle, including strategy, audience, channel mix, campaign calendar, and follow-up motion.
  • Create targeted cross-sell and upsell programs for Presidio’s installed base across Azure migration and modernization, security, modern work, data and AI, and managed services.
  • Develop net-new acquisition campaigns using account-based marketing, digital programs, events, webinars, workshops, and partner co-marketing.
  • Build clear campaign offers, calls to action, lead-management paths, and sales follow-up plays designed to accelerate opportunity creation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, and vendors to deliver high-quality programs on time and within budget.
  • Microsoft Programs, Funding, and Governance
  • Lead execution of Microsoft partner marketing programs end to end, including planning, approvals, funding workflows, budget management, and compliance requirements.
  • Maximize available marketing investment by maintaining accurate plans, timelines, documentation, and proof of execution.
  • Maintain joint activity calendars and provide clear visibility into program status, risks, dependencies, and next actions.
  • Identify and remove execution roadblocks by coordinating the right Presidio, Microsoft, agency, and vendor stakeholders.

Measurement and Optimization

  • Define campaign success measures across awareness, engagement, lead progression, sourced pipeline, influenced pipeline, and return on marketing investment.
  • Create clear performance readouts for Presidio and Microsoft stakeholders, connecting marketing activity to business impact.
  • Use campaign data, customer insights, and sales feedback to improve targeting, messaging, offers, channel mix, and follow-up.
  • Turn successful activity into documented, repeatable plays that can scale across audiences, verticals, and solution areas.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in partner, channel, alliance, B2B, or demand-generation marketing, ideally within technology, cloud, software, or IT services.
  • Hands-on experience building and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, account-based marketing, events, webinars, content, and nurture programs.
  • Experience working across sales and marketing teams to create pipeline-focused go-to-market programs.
  • Working knowledge of partner funding or MDF processes, including planning, approvals, budget tracking, compliance, and performance reporting.
  • Strong project-management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, workstreams, deadlines, and vendors.
  • Confident, client-facing communication skills and the ability to build credibility with senior sales, alliance, marketing, and solution stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort translating campaign performance into clear recommendations and executive-ready updates.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and common marketing, CRM, and reporting platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience marketing Microsoft cloud solutions, including Azure, Microsoft 365, security, data and AI, or related managed services.
  • Experience working within a Microsoft partner, systems integrator, managed services provider, or channel ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with co-sell motions, account-based marketing, pipeline attribution, and sales enablement.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

How Success Will Be Measured

  • Consistent delivery of the joint Microsoft marketing plan and campaign calendar.
  • Growth in engagement, qualified demand, and sourced and influenced pipeline.
  • Effective utilization and governance of Microsoft marketing investment.
  • Stronger alignment and follow-through across Presidio, Microsoft, sales, marketing, and solution stakeholders.
  • Continuous improvement in campaign conversion, execution speed, and repeatability.
