About Job

Key Responsibilities

Review and annotate image / video footage frame-by-frame or by segment according to defined labelling schemas
Apply bounding boxes, tracking IDs, event tags, or classification labels to objects/actions within image / video content
Edit, correct, and time-sync captions against audio/video content for accuracy
Check captions for spelling, grammar, punctuation, and correct speaker attribution
Ensure annotations and captions meet accuracy and quality benchmarks set by the project
Flag ambiguous, unclear, or edge-case video/caption content for review/escalation
Follow annotation and captioning guidelines and update work based on QA feedback
Maintain productivity targets while meeting quality standards
Attend briefings/training sessions on tool usage and annotation guidelines
Report progress and issues to the Team Lead

Requirements

Minimum Diploma in any discipline
Prior experience in data annotation, captioning, subtitling, or content moderation is an advantage (not mandatory)
Comfortable working with video annotation and caption-editing tools/platforms
Strong attention to detail, especially for language/grammar accuracy in captions
Able to follow structured guidelines and apply judgement on edge cases
Computer literacy (navigating software tools, spreadsheets)
Good written and spoken English skills (essential for caption editing)
