Job Summary:


Caterpillar’s Electric Power Division has an open opportunity as a Marketing Communications Consultant. As a Marketing Communications Consultant, you will support execution of various marketing campaigns activities, including creative development.


What you will do:


  • Arrange, lead, and facilitate recurring dealer marketing meetings, ensuring alignment on priorities, messaging, and execution across all regions.
  • Input to and deliver the Electric Power social media strategy, guide content direction for the team, manage social‑SEO tactics, and deliver clear performance reporting and insights to leadership.
  • Create social media materials, briefs, and assets that support product priorities, campaigns, and dealer needs.
  • Arrange and attend content days with internal teams, SMEs, dealers, and external partners to capture high‑value content.
  • Own the full content calendar, ensuring proactive planning, timely delivery, and alignment with campaign timelines. Liaise with internal teams to secure content approvals.
  • Lead the review of team blogs ensuring alignment to messaging, narrative clarity, and complete end‑to‑end promotional plans. Ensure all content reinforces customer-back storytelling.
  • Set up webinar pages and manage the full internal approval workflow. Facilitate promotional emails and oversee post‑event data processing to ensure accurate reporting and follow‑through.
  • Partner with dealers to arrange regional photography and video shoots, expanding the EP media asset library and increasing the volume of regionally relevant content.
  • Organize and run experiential marketing tactics end‑to‑end, coordinating planning, logistics, stakeholder alignment, on‑site delivery, and post‑activation follow‑through.
  • Track performance using analytics, insights, and lead‑generation tools, providing clear reporting and optimization recommendations.
