The work is based in Vilnius and follows a hybrid pattern with two office days each week. Your main focus will be video and motion. You’ll turn ideas, campaigns, and stories into engaging content that moves – literally. And if you also have strong graphic design skills, even better. We love creatives who can think beyond one format and bring ideas to life across different channels.
As a Senior Video Editor at carVertical, you will:
Turn raw video, audio, and creative concepts into polished, attention-grabbing content through editing, motion graphics, typography, sound, and visual elements while ensuring consistency with the carVertical brand and visual identity.
Adapt and iterate creatives for different platforms, formats, audiences, and markets, with a strong focus on digital-first and short-form content.
Collaborate closely with Creative and Media Buying teams to develop, test, and improve creative concepts based on campaign needs and performance.
Experiment with AI-powered creative tools and new production techniques to make workflows faster, smarter, and more ambitious.
Work with sound effects, music, voiceovers, and audio to make sure motion pieces feel complete – not just look good.
We're looking for someone who has:
3+ years of experience in motion design, video editing, or a similar creative role.
Advanced skills in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
A strong understanding of video editing and motion principles, including, timing, composition, typography, and visual storytelling.
A good eye for turning existing footage into engaging content through editing, motion graphics, sound effects, music, and graphic elements.
Experience creating content for social media and digital advertising, with an understanding of what makes people stop, watch, and take action.
Experience using AI tools for creative production.
A proactive and collaborative approach, with the ability to take ownership of projects from brief to final execution.
Even better if you have:
Strong graphic design skills and experience with Photoshop, Illustrator or Figma.
Experience designing static digital ads, social media visuals, or other marketing assets.
Experience working with performance marketing creatives and creating multiple variations for testing.

Gross salary range: 2700-3650 €/month. The final offer will depend on your competences.
