Job Purpose and Impact

The Marketing & Communication Specialist is responsible for developing and executing customer-focused marketing and communication activities to support business growth. The role combines strong execution in Poland (primary market) with scaling of initiatives across Eastern Europe & MEA markets, ensuring effective commercialization of products, services, and solutions.


This position is offered as a temporary replacement role for approximately 1.5 years and is based in our Warsaw office. We offer a hybrid working model of 2:3 (three days per week working remotely) following the onboarding period.

Key Accountabilities

  • Execute and coordinate multi-channel marketing, communication, and promotional activities for the portfolio.
  • Develop and implement annual marketing and communication plans aligned with brand and digital strategy.
  • Support launch of new products, services, and solutions (NPSS) in collaboration with sales and technical teams .
  • Create and adapt campaigns, content, and value propositions tailored to customer needs.
  • Scale campaigns, tools, and messaging across EE & MEA markets .
  • Gather and share market insights, customer needs, and competitive intelligence.
  • Support value-based communication.
  • Contribute to internal communication and engagement initiatives.
  • Manage multiple projects and ensure timely, high-quality execution.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field (marketing, communications) or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Marketing & Communication.
  • Proven experience in campaign execution and project coordination.
  • Fluency in Polish and English.
  • Availability to work in a fixed-term replacement position for approximately 18 months.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in regional/multi-market and matrix organizations.
  • Integrated marketing and multi-channel campaign experience.
  • Strong understanding of digital and offline communication channels.
  • Ability to translate technical content into customer-friendly messaging.
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to draw conclusions from market data.
  • Animal nutrition/agriculture marketing background is a plus.
