The foundation is in place. Your job is to extend it building new data models and the agents, wiring autonomous pipelines, and delivering AI-powered systems that directly improve how marketing decisions are made.

Responsibilities

  • Development of marketing data models for use in AI and reporting
  • Improve attribution and new attribution model releases
  • AI agent development design, build, and improve specialist AI agents covering channel performance, budget allocation, media monitoring, user quality, and competitive intelligence
  • Automation pipelines, end-to-end automations connecting data sources, AI models, and marketing tools
  • Slack bot and internal tooling, natural language access to AI analysis for the wider marketing team

Requirements

  • Solid background in marketing data and attribution
  • Experience SQL databases and Python
  • Experience with LLMs (prompt engineering, agent design) and workflow automations (n8n or similar tool) 
  • Experience with APIs/integrations
  • Ability to work independently
  •   Nice to have skills:
  • Previous experience with Airflow and/or dbt

What success looks like in the first 6 months

  • Multiple new agents or automations are live and actively used by the marketing team
  • Key reporting and alerting workflows run autonomously without manual triggering
  • Marketers across the team can access AI-powered analysis without needing technical access 
  • You have measurably reduced manual reporting and decision-support time for the team
