The Role
Capco is seeking a Communication and Engagement Consultant to craft and deliver internal engagement roadmaps that inspire, inform, and activate change. You will work across both small and large-scale transformation programmes, designing content and strategies that build momentum and shape meaningful employee experiences, using approved AI tools and AI-enabled ways of working where appropriate to improve quality and productivity.
What You’ll Do
- Design and implement internal communication and engagement plans across transformation programmes
- Lead discovery sessions and workshops to understand colleague engagement needs and map communication channels
- Create high-quality communications assets, portals, and storytelling frameworks, using approved AI tools where appropriate to support efficient content development
- Design and build training content for upskilling audiences
- Define success measures, track the effectiveness of engagement strategies, and collaborate with designers and stakeholders to ensure alignment with brand and messaging goals
What We’re Looking For
- Experience developing communications strategies for internal change or transformation programmes
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills, including confident PowerPoint use
- Comfort working with brand guidelines and complex stakeholder environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with strong attention to detail, alongside curiosity about using approved AI tools to enhance ways of working
- Experience building training materials and working in agile teams within fast-paced consulting or financial services settings, with appropriate human review and judgement applied to AI-supported outputs
Bonus Points For
- Copywriting experience and understanding of human psychology in messaging
- Experience delivering communications and engagement activities within change management, transformation, or AI implementation programmes
- Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and basic video production/editing skills
- Experience with SharePoint, Google Sites, or internal communications platforms
- Motion graphics or animation design capabilities
- Prior experience in consulting or Financial Services
