From the employer

About Broccoli 🥦

At Broccoli, we're building AI teammates for the people who build and maintain our world.

We partner with plumbing, HVAC, and electrical contractors, the hardworking businesses that keep homes and communities running, and replace fragmented software and repetitive manual work with AI that actually gets the job done.

Our AI teammates answer phones, book appointments, follow up with customers, recover missed revenue, and help contractors deliver exceptional customer experiences, all while integrating seamlessly with platforms like ServiceTitan.

Before we wrote a single line of code, we visited more than 140 contractors to understand how these businesses truly operate. That firsthand experience shaped everything we've built.

Today:

  • Hundreds of contractors rely on Broccoli every day.

  • We've grown to $20M+ ARR in under two years.

  • We're trusted by everyone from independent contractors to some of the largest private equity backed operators in the home services industry.

  • We're backed by Khosla Ventures and Y Combinator.

We're still just getting started.

About this role

We're looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to win and grow Broccoli's largest customers: multi-location trades brands operating across Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Pest Control, and more. You'll own a book of enterprise prospects end to end, from first outreach through pilot, contract and rollout. You'll work closely with our Head of Enterprise Sales, Customer Success and Product to turn great first deployments into company-wide wins.

What you'll do

  • Own your pipeline. Research, prospect and build relationships across owners, operations leaders, call center managers and finance and IT stakeholders.

  • Run great discovery. Learn the problems that operators have today and build a clear business case for how Broccoli can help.

  • Lead pilots that convert. Agree on success criteria up front, keep the pilot on track and turn results into a signed contract.

  • Navigate complex deals. Manage multi-stakeholder cycles, security and procurement reviews, and see negotiations through to close.

  • Land and expand. Grow accounts from a first set of locations into company-wide rollouts, applying new use cases along the way.

  • Forecast with discipline. Keep your CRM accurate and your forecast honest, bringing a clear point of view to every deal review.

  • Bring the field back to the team. Share what enterprise buyers need with Product and Marketing so that our product and pitch keep getting sharper.

Who you are

  • A builder. You're excited to help write the enterprise playbook, not just follow one.

  • Customers first. You sell outcomes and only close deals you believe will succeed.

  • AI-native in how you work. You use AI tools daily to research accounts, prep calls and follow up.

  • Relentless and organized. You manage long cycles and many stakeholders without letting anything slip.

  • Curious about the trades. You want to understand how home service businesses run, and you learn fast.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of B2B SaaS closing experience, with a track record of meeting or beating quota on enterprise or strategic deals.

  • Experience running multi-stakeholder sales cycles, including pilots and procurement.

  • Strong discovery, business-case and negotiation skills.

  • Comfort with a modern CRM and sales stack, and the discipline to keep it accurate.

  • Experience selling to multi-location operators, home services, the trades or vertical SaaS is a plus.
