The Opportunity

We’re looking for a highly organized, process-minded Growth Operations leader who can turn strategic priorities into coordinated action across an integrated sales and marketing team. Responsibilities

Growth operational planning and performance

  • Acts as the operational driver behind strategic goals set by SVP, Growth, translating priorities into coordinated actions across campaigns, partnerships, sales initiatives, and internal workflows to ensure consistent execution and follow-through.
  • Translates growth strategy into clear, actionable plans—breaking down priorities into trackable steps, aligning stakeholders, documenting processes, and ensuring visibility into progress and next actions across teams.
  • Owns preparation and ongoing improvement of the integrated GTM dashboard, increasing visibility into activities, improving usability, and identifying opportunities to enhance it with AI and automation.
  • Owns development of recurring metrics and reporting, with support from the Growth Coordinator, ensuring data is consolidated, accurate, and aligned with growth priorities.
  • Evaluates new tools and, if adopted, manages implementation and ensures teams use systems effectively.

Sales and partnership enablement

  • Oversees pipeline hygiene and visibility, ensuring next steps are consistently updated, supporting weekly pipeline reviews, and contributing to pipeline restructuring and qualification efforts.
  • Supports sales process execution by ensuring the sales team has clear priorities, building and maintaining account planning templates and proposal submission checklists, and ensuring sales activities such as prep calls, debriefs, and follow-ups are completed with clear ownership and within defined timelines.
  • Supports new offering readiness by working with leadership to translate go-to-market plans into actionable components, including sales processes, materials, and workflows, with a focus on making them repeatable and easy for teams to execute.
  • Owns day-to-day coordination of partnership activities, including tracking next steps, maintaining partner documentation and mapping, supporting partner meetings and follow-ups, and helping identify opportunities to deepen strategic partner engagement.

Strategic initiatives and cross-functional enablement

  • Leads and project manages strategic Growth Operations initiatives, including HubSpot improvements and transformation, operationalization of the community advocacy program, and industry research and advancement initiatives, coordinating stakeholders and maintaining visibility from planning through delivery.
  • Strengthens cross-functional coordination by improving communication flows, ensuring stakeholders are informed and aligned, and helping centralize information across tools such as pipeline, partner data, and project tracking.
  • Identifies bottlenecks and creates systems to eliminate them, building repeatable processes that reduce manual effort and solve cross-functional friction.
  • Supports role clarity and capability-building across growth roles, creating playbooks, SOPs, and templates to harmonize workflows so teams can collaborate more effectively.
  • Facilitates growth team huddles, cross-team forums, and retrospectives.
  • Manages vendor relationships where applicable.

Professional Development

  • Own your growth by setting and updating development goals, actively seeking feedback, and aligning your aspirations with business goals.
  • Contribute to internal initiatives that impact the client and/or team member experience such as our Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Committee, Community Impact Committee, or our Social Committee.
  • Bring forward smarter, faster, better solutions to processes and identify opportunities to be more agile in day-to-day activities.
  • Demonstrate inclusive and supportive behavior, contributing to BrandActive’s core values of trust, agility, and growth, commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion, (EDI), humanity, and wellbeing.

Qualifications and Experience

This role is for someone who thinks about Growth Operations holistically—how an integrated sales and marketing team works together, how priorities move across functions, and how the right processes, systems, information, and operating rhythms enable the team to perform. It is not a traditional Marketing Operations or technology-focused role; while tools such as HubSpot and project management platforms are important enablers, the focus is on improving how the broader Growth team operates.

You might not tick every box, but if you meet most of the qualifications and are excited about the role, we’d love to hear from you. We value potential, curiosity, and a growth mindset.

  • Strong project and program management skills, with experience translating strategic priorities into structured plans and coordinating multiple workstreams through execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, align stakeholders, and drive clear ownership, decisions, and follow-through.
  • Strong ability to manage up by anticipating needs, proactively surfacing risks and decisions, and providing leadership with clear visibility into progress and priorities.
  • Experience shaping and improving project management systems, processes, and ways of working to increase team effectiveness and reduce friction.
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to lead productive meetings and working sessions across teams and levels of seniority.
  • Highly organized and process-minded, with strong judgment, initiative, and the ability to identify roadblocks and bring forward practical solutions.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to consolidate information, identify meaningful insights, and support data-informed decision-making.
  • Comfortable working across CRM, reporting, project management, and collaboration platforms; experience with HubSpot and using automation or AI to improve workflows is critical.
